Quality Assurance

 To ensure quality at all times, we have one of the best-equipped laboratories in the country for testing malt and malt extract. The laboratory ensures quality by testing before, during and after processing and regularly validates our cleaning in place (CIP) systems. Our plant automation and laboratory equipment is calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy of measurements. The R&D department is constantly guiding us in enhancing the plant operations and keeping abreast with the rapidly increasing quality standards in the industry.
Other than the requisite audits for our ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP certification, we undergo a series of quality audits by our customers. These not only help assure our customers of excellent quality, but help us in understanding their needs better. We are always open to their suggestions as we believe by incorporating these we can cater better to their malt and malt extract needs.
Our Commitment to the environment
We have always taken an active part in protecting and preserving our environment. We believe that by treating our waste products effectively and efficiently we operate an environmentally friendly plant. To implement this ideology we have installed the electrostatic precipitator on our chimneys, to minimize the release of any particulate matter into the atmosphere. Further we treat all our waste water before releasing it into the sewage system.
Our endeavors, to continually reduce, control and treat our waste products have not gone unrecognized. We have been awarded appreciation certificates by the Haryana state pollution control board; this has further encouraged us to continue perusing our commitment to the environment
